Support ASSET and make a donation
The barriers to accessing tertiary education in South Africa for the majority of black students are huge. Our programmes help students in the final years of schooling and those wishing to further their studies in higher education to break through these barriers and achieve their full potential.

Support the Bursary Programme
The major challenge facing any bursary programme is the annual escalation in the cost of tuition. Unless the programme is able to match this year-by-year increase, either the value of the award or the number of bursars has to diminish.

Support the Learner Development Programme (LDP)
The quality of education in the Western Cape is by no means equal across the board. There are a large number of under-performing secondary schools which fall mainly within poor communities.  The impact of the LDP on learner performance shows consistently those learners who attend, out-perform their peers and thus have a better chance in life.
